The heart of the IMSEAM core facility is a cleanroom offering several different methods for preparing samples in the micro and nanometer range as well as characterization methods. Besides the cleanroom the facility also provides access to a spectrometer pool and several single devices such as XRD, Femtosecond Laser Spectroscopy, Profilometer etc.
