Cleanroom usage has to be booked on a daily basis via the Sharepoint cleanroom access calendar
The cleanroom suits are not personalised. The gowning area is located in the second airlock. A set of suits in different sizes is located there
In case a suit has to be cleaned, proceed as follows:
- Put the used/dirty suit into the laundry collection (blue bag in holder)
- Replace it with a fresh/clean suit of the respective size from the labeled storage locker in Analytik II
- In case the storage does not contain the required suit, inform the cleanroom staff
Persons are the major source of contamination in the cleanroom. Therefore, one should only be in the cleanroom for the purpose of working there. As a consequence, a maximum of four persons is allowed to work permanently and simultaneously per room (Device fabrication: six persons). Exceptions (e.g. for maintenance visits) have to be announced early (one week in advance) via e-mail to the cleanroom staff.
