Access Rules

  • Cleanroom usage has to be booked on a daily basis via the Sharepoint cleanroom access calendar
  • The cleanroom suits are not personalised. The gowning area is located in the second airlock. A set of suits in different sizes is located there
  • In case a suit has to be cleaned, proceed as follows:
    • Put the used/dirty suit into the laundry collection (blue bag in holder)
    • Replace it with a fresh/clean suit of the respective size from the labeled storage locker in Analytik II
    • In case the storage does not contain the required suit, inform the cleanroom staff
  • Persons are the major source of contamination in the cleanroom. Therefore, one should only be in the cleanroom for the purpose of working there. As a consequence, a maximum of four persons is allowed to work permanently and simultaneously per room (Device fabrication: six persons). Exceptions (e.g. for maintenance visits) have to be announced early (one week in advance) via e-mail to the cleanroom staff.
