IMSEAM Core Facility

Welcome to the IMSEAM Core Facility (ICF).

The ICF is located within the IMSEAM. Its facilities and devices are open to university members.

As of now, the ICF contains several core areas:

• A cleanroom with facilities for micro and nano structuring as well as for device fabrication;
• A device/spectrometer pool;
• Some larger single devices.
